Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of our product, we do not accept returns for change of mind. 

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. 

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at liam@primalgold.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. 

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are only offered for damaged goods.
